myHermes was launched in 2009 in response to increased demand for a convenient, flexible and affordable consumer delivery solution. myHermes is now one of the leading online delivery solutions for anyone wanting to send a parcel. myHermes’ two-day service via its nationwide network of myHermes ParcelShops and three-day delivery service collected from the doorstep, provide an effective and affordable alternative to other UK carriers.
Since its launch, myHermes has expanded the available services with the launch of myHermes ParcelShops in June 2012 and the service is now available in over 4,500 locations. myHermes ParcelShop is a simple and affordable delivery service located at local convenience stores and corner shops nationwide. Each location offers extended opening hours – typically from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week – making it ideal for sending personal and business parcels.
myHermes is owned by Hermes UK, who operate their own independent courier network delivering over 235 million parcels each year on behalf of some of the UK’s largest online retailers including Next Directory, QVC, JD Williams and Debenhams.
